A better looking approach

When professional players create the questions, there are many advantages. By using the special insight and huge network of the professional players we are able to offer a unique and highly engaging app that stands out from the rest. Obviously, the professional players know what they’re talking about, they know “the language of the sport”, and they know what is “on” and “off” in the sport. So, by engaging a dedicated team of professional golf players and top contributors, we are able to build unique content that cannot be found anywhere else! The questions are all carefully researched and based on a high knowledge of all corners of the sport, including lots of fun facts on famous players and “pro” knowledge that cannot be easily “Googled” or found in other sources as well as golf rules, the history, the major competitions and the tournaments, and much more. This speaks right to the hearts of dedicated fans that won’t spend time on banalities or subjects that will not challenge/move them. It is really about being creative and finding the topics/events that are relevant to the users and make them return time and again.

The quizzes are all time-based so there is a limit to how long a user can spend on his/her answer. The app has some great built-in “lifelines” where the user can get help to answer a quiz question. The options are to stop time, take the 50/50 option or get the question again. The GolfQuizz algorithm will calculate the results based on time spent, lifelines used and amount of correct answers. The score chart will constantly display what users are in the lead, and by the end of the month, the winners will be announced. There are fun prizes to be won for selected quizzes, all related to the sport. The app also includes a dedicated Practice area where users can explore different categories and expand their knowledge on golf. Lastly, the Challenge is a fun feature where users can invite their friends or peers to compete against them to see who is more knowledgeable on golf.
